If you are upgrading the ServiceAPI or WebDrawer to 9.1.1 or 9.2 you may get an error like the one below when you open via a web browser.  This is due to a glitch in the way we upgrade the config files.

The Fix

To fix this:

1. edit the hptrim.config file
2. find the indexPagePath attribute
3. pre-pend a tilde (~) (see below)
